Shipping policy

Shipping destinations

PetsRusstore.com currently delivers only to addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to addresses outside the United States.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges depend on the products in your order and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For products covered by our general U.S. shipping rates, standard shipping is $8 and becomes free when the order value is $70 or more. Express shipping is $15 where available.

Selected products qualify for free standard shipping without a minimum purchase. Free shipping does not necessarily apply to every item in a mixed order. Orders containing products from different shipping profiles may have combined shipping charges. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Delivery and separate shipments

Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, and some products may ship from warehouses outside the United States. Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, and shipping origin. Items in the same order may arrive in separate shipments. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.
